What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales & Lending Associate, you’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs, identify suitable lending solutions and support them throughout the lending process.

Your role will include:

  • Responding to and converting inbound customer enquiries
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Supporting customers through the loan application and settlement process
  • Learning how to structure residential lending solutions within credit policy
  • Generating new business opportunities through networking and relationship building
  • Developing referral relationships with accountants, financial planners, conveyancers, real estate agents and community networks
  • Managing your customer pipeline and follow-up activities through CRM systems
  • Maintaining knowledge of lending products, policies and market conditions
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to settlement
  • Working closely with the wider team to achieve business and customer outcomes

About You

You might come from hospitality, retail, banking, finance, customer service, recruitment, real estate or another customer-facing industry.

The ideal candidate will:

Previous experience in lending, banking, mortgage broking, finance, sales or customer service will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is advantageous, or willingness to complete a recognised qualification.
