The opportunity
With an exciting portfolio of ongoing and upcoming projects, we are looking for a Senior Piping Designer to strengthen our already high performing team.

What will you bring
- Experience in and with the Oil & Gas industry standards and procedures both onshore and offshore.
- Energy, enthusiasm, self-drive and initiative, and a passion for Piping Design with solid understanding / knowledge
Responsibilities
- Perform technical drafting and modelling work as directed by Lead Designer within allocated time, budget and quality constraints
- Assist in developing and maintaining methods, documentation and systems
- Assist in development and maintenance of standard drawings
- Liaison with Clients
- Liaison with Engineering department
- Produce drawings, isometrics, line lists, material take-offs, 3D models and other required drafting deliverables
- Attend weekly (or as required is required by projects / discipline lead) team meeting
- Manage small drafting projects as directed by Lead Designer
- Assist Lead Designer during model review
- Undertake site visits to conduct and\or manage survey works
Key Competencies & Requirements
- 10 years experience in Oil & Gas
- Plant 3D modelling & SmartPlant S3D
- AutoCAD
- Consistently produces accurate and high-quality drafting work, with attention to detail in designs and documentation.
- Manages daily tasks efficiently, delivering work within agreed-upon timelines.
- Prior knowledge of INPEX systems (Desirable)
- Works well with team members, and communicates effectively with both internal teams (Engineering, Design) and clients.
