With a strong, stable team already in place, we’re now looking for an experienced Cellar Door Supervisor & Tasting Host to join us as we head into the peak summer season.

The Role:

At Mollydooker, we bring our Cellar Door to life through outstanding hospitality and genuine connections. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll guide and support the team in delivering exceptional customer service while upholding the highest standards of presentation, safety, and guest engagement. You’ll be a key ambassador for the Mollydooker brand, sharing your passion for wine and hospitality in every interaction.

• Regular Shifts: 15-20 hours per week, working weekends and weekdays, with the potential for increased hours during the busy summer season.

About You:

You’re a natural leader who thrives on creating meaningful, memorable experiences. With previous supervisory experience in hospitality or wine tourism, you know how to energise a team and impress a crowd. You’re quick-thinking, adaptable, and confident managing multiple groups on weekends, public holidays, or whenever the Cellar Door is buzzing.

Wine knowledge is a huge plus, but your ability to connect with people is what sets you apart.
