We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused Quality Assurance & Submissions Officer to join our team.

Your New Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing reports, invoices, and supporting documentation to ensure they meet quality standards, client requirements, and compliance obligations before submission. You will play a key role in ensuring documents are accurate, clear, consistent, and delivered within required timeframes.

This position is ideal for someone with insurance claims, administration, quality assurance, or document management experience who enjoys working in a structured environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

  • Review reports, invoices, and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
  • Ensure documents meet client requirements, regulatory obligations, and internal quality standards.
  • Identify inconsistencies, omissions, or quality issues and coordinate corrective actions where required.
  • Apply quality assurance processes and standards to support consistent client outcomes.
  • Complete minor document corrections, formatting updates, and quality improvements where appropriate.

Document Submission & Delivery

  • Coordinate the timely submission of approved documentation to clients and insurers.
  • Ensure only finalised and approved documents are released.
  • Maintain accurate records and system updates relating to submissions and document status.
  • Monitor workflows and prioritise urgent or time-sensitive matters.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure documentation adheres to relevant industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory obligations.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support quality reporting and the implementation of best practice standards across the business.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in insurance claims, administration, quality assurance, document control, or a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach.
