We are currently seeking a Claims Coordinator or Claims Assistant to join our growing team at our Baulkham Hills Head Office. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused and organised professional looking to build a rewarding career in insurance claims management.
About the Role
As a Claims Coordinator/Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of Home and Contents Insurance claims. Working closely with assessors, insurers, customers, and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure
claims are processed efficiently, accurately, and in line with client and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the end-to-end administration of insurance claims.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurers, policyholders, and other stakeholders.
- Serve as a key point of contact for claim-related enquiries and updates.
- Review invoices, process account updates, and respond to customer enquiries.
- Accurately maintain claim records and database information.
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), and client expectations.
- Provide general administrative support to the claims team as required.
