About the Role:

We’re seeking a Recruitment Specialist with strong technical hiring expertise, capable of identifying and engaging the right candidates for even the most challenging roles.

 

You’ll bring fresh ideas on sourcing and talent attraction, helping us fill high-priority, business-critical positions across the business. In this role, you’ll have the freedom to design targeted attraction strategies, build relevant talent communities, and creatively leverage a range of sourcing channels and online platforms.

 

This position is based in our North Sydney office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract high-quality talent through CRM databases, professional networks, social media, job boards, and other channels.
  • Partner with the Sr. Recruitment Advisor and hiring stakeholders to develop effective sourcing and selection approaches.
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate journey, including screening, interviews, reference and background checks, and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Deliver a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure recruitment activities are delivered in line with relevant policies, compliance requirements, and company standards.

Skills and Qualification:

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally combining both agency and internal/TA experience.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment across multiple roles, teams, or business functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence hiring managers and provide informed recruitment advice.
  • Forward-thinking and commercially minded, with the ability to identify talent trends, anticipate hiring needs, and develop proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Relevant industry recruitment experience, with a strong track record of delivering quality hires in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
