About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and commercial performance of Metung Hot Springs and Country Club.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will work closely with the Peninsula Hot Springs leadership team, local community, and key stakeholders, to drive business performance, enhance the guest experience, and support the continued growth of Metung Hot Springs.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you’ll spend time with guests and teams across the
business, providing direction, support, and coaching to ensure exceptional experiences and operational excellence.

About You
You are an experienced leader who enjoys being visible, approachable and actively involved in the day-to-day operation. You have experience leading multiple operational departments and creating
a culture where people feel engaged, accountable and empowered to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
You will bring:
- Extensive leadership experience managing diverse operational teams within the tourism, hospitality, recreation, wellness or sporting industries.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success managing budgets, P&L performance and driving sustainable business growth.
- The ability to inspire, coach and develop high-performing teams.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, team members, community partners and key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and present reports as required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Qualifications in Business, Management or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
- A current National Police Check.
