ABOUT THE ROLE

At MESHKI, our warehouse is the engine behind every order that reaches our customers, on time, every time. As Warehouse Manager, you’ll take ownership of the operations that make that possible: overseeing dispatch, inventory accuracy, and a dedicated team, while shaping the systems and processes that support our continued growth into new global markets. This is a role for someone who thrives on operational precision and wants their work to have a direct, visible impact on the customer experience and MESHKI’s expansion story.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract role.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Overseeing dispatch and returns processing to consistently meet KPI, SLA, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Driving warehouse efficiency through strategic planning and continuous process improvement.
• Managing inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and space utilisation to support seamless operations.
• Leading, developing, and performance-managing the warehouse team, including training and onboarding.
• Managing warehouse budgets and identifying opportunities to reduce operational costs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and the customer experience.
• Supporting international distribution centre expansion as part of MESHKI’s global growth plans.
• Championing sustainability initiatives and ensuring compliance with OH&S and regulatory standards.
• Contributing insights to the Senior Leadership Team to inform long-term operational strategy. 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING

• Proven experience managing warehouse or distribution centre operations at a leadership level.
• Strong working knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software (WMS).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, with a hands-on, solutions-focused leadership style.
• Sound understanding of OH&S compliance and warehouse safety standards.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions on efficiency, cost, and performance.
• Experience managing budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising service.
• A collaborative approach, comfortable working cross-functionally with retail, supply chain, and finance teams.
