Are you a self-professed night owl with a passion for hospitality? Mercure Sydney Parramatta is looking for a Part Time Night Manager to lead our night operations and ensure seamless service for our guests.

Located opposite Rosehill Gardens Racecourse and just minutes from Parramatta’s CBD, Mercure Sydney Parramatta offers modern, comfortable accommodation in one of the region’s most vibrant commercial and entertainment hubs.

With 165 guest rooms, a swimming pool, tennis court, on-site restaurant and bar, and flexible meeting spaces, the hotel is designed to meet the needs of both business and leisure travellers.

Your role:

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will:

• Take responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel throughout the overnight shift.
• Deliver the full Front Office guest experience overnight, including guest arrivals, departures, enquiries and requests.
• Cross-check and balance all work completed during the day across hotel outlets.
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports reflecting the property’s trading results.
• Coordinate the hotel’s overnight operations, working alongside the Night team to ensure all auditing, administrative and operational requirements are completed effectively.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven leadership experience in a managerial or supervisory role, ideally in night operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication.
• High computer literacy – Opera Cloud and Excel experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is valued.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work nights, including weekends
• Passion for people and a genuine ability to connect with guests.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
