MACRACK is a leading Australian supplier and manufacturer of Australian-made pallet racking materials, servicing customers nationwide. Due to continued growth, we are seeking reliable, motivated, and safety-focused Storeperson to join our team immediately.

Summary:

This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment and take pride in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and teamwork. Teamwork is a big part of our environment — you will work closely with other team members each day to get jobs completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming stock
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Maintain warehouse organization and housekeeping standards
  • Assist with stock control and inventory counts
  • Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (where licensed)
  • Comply with all workplace health and safety requirements
  • Support general warehouse and factory operations as required

Skills, Qualifications & Licences:

  • Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not essential
  • Current Forklift License (LF) highly regarded
  • Good level of physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials throughout the day
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 6:00am to 2:30pm
  • Friday: 6:00am to 12:00pm
  • Enjoy an early finish every Friday
  • Overtime available as required
  • Immediate start available for the right candidates
