Get behind the scenes of live sport and play a hands-on role in delivering memorable matchday experiences.
Summary:
The Match Day & Events volunteer role provides additional support across fan engagement activities, giveaways, match participants and sports presentations. Volunteers will work alongside Club staff, receive clear instructions and assist with creating a welcoming and memorable experience for fans and participants.
Learning Outcomes

- Correctly set up, operate and pack down equipment following all instructions and procedures with no safety breaches
- Consistently demonstrate customer service standards when interacting with fans, stakeholders and team members
- Identify and respond to safety and safeguarding risks in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
- Work effectively as part of a large team to complete assigned match-day and event responsibilities and meet operational goals
