Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that each guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Your primary responsibility is to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned properties, contributing to a positive guest experience. This role involves cleaning and preparing properties between guest stays, handling linen and supplies, and reporting any maintenance issues. The Cleaner will work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all assigned properties are kept clean and tidy.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all areas of our properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and carpets
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, including countertops, sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Change linens, towels, and bedding
• Restock supplies, such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
• Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping services preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as furniture and equipment
• Flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends and public holidays as needed
