About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and people-oriented Warehouse All-Rounder to join our team in a role that’s anything but desk-bound. While your primary focus will be customer service and returns management, you’ll be an active, hands-on contributor to daily warehouse operations – jumping in wherever you’re needed.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Returns (Primary Focus):

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer and client enquiries – via Slack, phone and email
  • Process, assess, and manage returns in line with client SOPs and timelines
  • Investigate return discrepancies and communicate outcomes to customers
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure returned goods are processed accurately and promptly
  • Provide updates on order status, delivery issues, and stock queries
  • Maintain accurate records and logs for all customer interactions and returns

Warehouse Operations (As Required):

  • Pick and pack orders to meet fulfilment requirements during busy periods
  • Assist with receival, put-away, and general warehouse housekeeping
  • Support ad hoc client requests and special projects as directed by management
  • Contribute to a safe, organised, and efficient warehouse environment

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer service role – warehouse, retail, or logistics environment preferred
  • Comfortable in a dual-role position: desk-based communication AND active warehouse duties
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using email, order management systems, and basic MS Office
  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to switch between tasks without missing a beat
  • Physically capable of performing warehouse duties including manual handling
  • A positive attitude and a team-first approach
