About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Controller / Assistant to join our warehouse team. This role is central to the smooth running of our 3PL operations – you’ll be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, supporting receiving and dispatch processes, and ensuring our inventory data is always up to date and reliable.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory audits to maintain accuracy
- Receive, verify, and process inbound stock against purchase orders and delivery documentation
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and variances
- Maintain accurate records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Coordinate with the warehouse team on outbound order fulfilment and stock replenishment
- Support the management of slow-moving, damaged, or quarantined stock
- Assist with onboarding new client stock and maintaining organised storage locations
- Generate and distribute regular inventory reports to management and clients
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety requirements, and client-specific procedures
- Provide general warehouse assistance as required during peak periods
About You
- Previous experience in an inventory control, storeperson, or warehouse administration role (3PL experience highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Proficient in WMS software and MS Excel / Office Suite
- Good communication skills – comfortable liaising with team members, supervisors, and clients
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Physically capable of performing warehouse duties, including manual handling
- Must have a Forklift Licence (LF) with High Reach experience
