THE ROLE

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of MANAWISE Group.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable support
  • Balance sheet reconciliations 
  • Journal preparation and processing 
  • Month-end reporting activities 
  • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes 
  • Supporting payroll and compliance activities 
  • Assisting with audits and statutory reporting requirements 
  • Financial analysis and reporting support 
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and efficiency

ABOUT YOU

You will bring:

Essential

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce or Finance 
  • Approximately 2+ years’ accounting experience 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines 
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach

Desirable

• CPA or CA studies commenced or intending to commence  • Experience in management accounting or payroll  • Experience within community services, NDIS, or healthcare environments  • Experience using cloud-based accounting systems
