Senior Business Analyst / Change Manager
This position is an hybrid role (2/3 days at the office in Sydney per week- 2/3 days working remotely)
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects globally within the Liquidity transformation portfolio.
This role will report to the Project Manager to deliver on the User Developed Applications (UDA) Governance and Skills Uplift initiative including process redesign/uplift, technology implementation and operating model review.
The User Developed Application is defined as any computing application developed outside of the COG Technology control environment. This means UDA includes Excel spreadsheets, Alteryx workflows and Power BI reports.
What impact will you have?
Working closely with project teams specialized in treasury, and with stakeholders right across the different departments, your role will include:
• Leading the workstream to design and document the Target Operating Model (TOM) and future Support model for a new support function.
- Define the future TOM design guiding principles
- Define the detailed end state Service accountability model (incl. RACI matrix)
- Define the detailed end state Service TOM
- Define the transitional TOMs
- Work with the business / function programme teams to assure the TOM is integrated across processes and aligned with the future end state vision
- Collaborate with the existing design authorities within the respective business / function within the department.
• Gathering information, data, analysing and facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Acting as a primary point of contact, you will build enduring relationships with key business stakeholders.
• Updating change impact assessments that reflect an understanding of the impact of a change to the business, associated people risks and how these impacts will be managed.
• Support detailed stakeholder analysis and engagement planning using human centred design techniques such as persona development and user journey maps
• Developing and executing change and communication plans to deliver fit for purpose change solutions that deliver value and maximise change adoption.
• Designing, developing and delivering change collateral e.g., presentations, training materials, and reference materials.
• Working with functional leaders to develop and deploy bespoke people engagement plans and activities to overcome resistance and facilitate adoption.
• Collaborating and participating in our change management network, sharing success, inspiration, and learnings to build on the change capability within the broader group.
About you :
- You’re a natural collaborator, with a proven ability to build relationships and support others. Needless to say, you have excellent communication skills and can make the complex simple for our stakeholders and end users.
- You have at least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong experience in Change Management Background
- Experience with Target Operating Model (TOM) implementation is mandatory
- An experience or knowledge in Banking / Treasury is desired
- You have a strong stakeholder engagement
- Must have full working rights (Citizenship, Permanent Residency, Visa with no restrictions) in Australia
