About Our Partner – Interactive Community Care (ICCare)
Interactive Community Care (ICCare) was established in 2010 as a specialist provider in the Community Services Sector and has proudly supported people across NSW for more than a decade.
As a multidisciplinary community care organisation, ICCare delivers out-of-home care, crisis support, and disability services across the Hunter, Central Coast, Sydney, Mid-North Coast, and Western NSW regions. ICCare is committed to meeting the complex care needs of children, adolescents, and adults.
About the Role
You will manage day-to-day rostering for NDIS and OOHC programs with our partner organisation, Interactive Community Care, a leading NSW community services provider.
This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys problem solving, responding to changes as they happen, and keeping things compliant, calm and running smoothly – even when plans change.
You will join a small and growing rostering team and work closely with management, staff and stakeholders to ensure shifts are filled, staff are supported and services run safely and efficiently.
As the rostering team grows, there will be opportunities to develop your skills and progress your leadership responsibilities over time.
This role is based in office in Seven Hills, Sydney.
In This Role, You Will
- Build and manage rosters for disability and OOHC services using MYP.
- Respond to last-minute changes, sick leave, emergencies and staffing gaps while proactively managing leave, overtime, and operational needs.
- Match staff to shifts based on skills, availability, and client needs.
- Communicate clearly with frontline staff and managers about shifts and changes.
- Ensure rosters comply with relevant awards, agreements, legislation, and policies.
- Maintain accurate records in rostering and payroll systems.
- Prepare reports related to staffing, hours worked, and roster efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement of rostering processes and systems.
- Forecast staffing needs, support workforce planning, and provide insights for cost-effective rostering.
- Participate in a rotating fortnightly on-call roster.
- Collaborate with your team to keep services running efficiently and support staff on the ground.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 1 year of experience in rostering (NDIS or OOHC preferred).
- Strong understanding of the SCHADS Award.
- Experience using rostering systems (MYP, Shiftcare, Carelink, etc.).
- Excellent problem solving skills, time management skills and attention to detail.
- Calm, clear communication, especially under pressure.
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and reliably meet commitments.
- Bonus points for: Qualifications in Community Services, Health Sciences, or Finance.

- Unrestricted NSW Driver Licence

Competitive salary $80,000–$84,000 base annual salary plus super annuation, plus additional income from on-call shifts, plus optional salary packaging.
