Description

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Corporate Services to oversee the administrative and operational functions of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the company, including finance, human resources, IT, and facilities management
  • Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and financial reporting
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure the organization is in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a corporate services environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial reporting
