What you’ll do

Reporting to the Billing Operations Manager, you will:

• Access meters at embedded network sites (sign-in and key access with onsite managers)

• Accurately read meters and enter data into our app on a handheld device

• Capture meter photos for verification as required

• Perform meter reconnections/disconnections, coordinating with Customer Support on account status

• Plan safe, efficient daily routes to meet time and quality targets

What you’ll bring

• Reliability, accountability and excellent attention to detail

• Comfortable working autonomously with minimal face-to-face team contact

• Professional communicator with site managers, owners and residents

• Valid QLD driver license and a safe driving record (company car provided)

• Confident using smartphone apps and following digital workflows

• Physically able to be on your feet, use stairs and carry a small kit safely

• Right to work in Australia

Hours, pay & benefits

• Permanent full-time (5 days/week) within 7am–5pm, Monday–Friday
• Competitive pay, plus leave entitlements (annual leave, personal/carer’s leave) pro-rata
