Lotus Commercial is looking for a hands-on Service Supervisor to lead our overnight service technicians across Sydney. This full-time role is perfect for someone with cleaning or service supervision experience, strong attention to detail, and a proven safety record. 

About the Role – Service Supervisor (Night Shift) 

As the Service Supervisor, you will oversee all night-shift technicians delivering: 

• Commercial kitchen exhaust and canopy cleaning 
• Filter exchange services 
• Air conditioning filter servicing 

You’ll work across restaurants, pubs, fast food outlets, hotels, and corporate kitchens, managing people, quality, safety, and workflow to ensure every job is completed to standard.

Key Responsibilities 

• Supervise and support all overnight service technicians 
• Manage job scheduling, workflow, and performance 
• Conduct site checks, safety reviews, and toolbox talks 
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards 
• Coach and develop technicians to lift performance 
• Complete reporting and documentation accurately 
• Liaise with clients when required 

About You 

To succeed as our Service Supervisor, you will bring: 

• Experience supervising cleaning or service teams 
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline 
• A proven safety-first mindset 
• Confidence leading people and managing performance 
• Ability to work night shifts 
• Valid driver’s licence 
• Reliable, organised, and able to hold standards 

Kitchen exhaust experience is not required. Full training provided.
