About the Role
As a Junior Lawyer or Paralegal in our CTP and Personal Injury team, you will play an integral role in helping our team achieve exceptional outcomes for injured clients. Working closely with experienced practitioners, you will assist in the day-to-day management of motor accident
and personal injury claims, ensuring matters progress efficiently and clients receive outstanding service throughout their claim journey.
This role offers hands-on exposure to all stages of CTP claims, from initial client consultations through to settlement and litigation support. You will gain valuable practical experience while working in a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages learning, professional
development, and career progression.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Assist with the management of CTP and personal injury files from commencement through to resolution
• Liaise with clients, insurers, medical providers, barristers, and other stakeholders
• Draft correspondence, legal documents, statements, and court-related documentation
• Obtain and review medical records, expert reports, and evidentiary materials
• Prepare and organise briefs for counsel and medico-legal experts
• Assist with court filings, procedural compliance, and litigation support where required
• Maintain accurate file notes and case management records
• Monitor key dates, appointments, and deadlines to ensure matters progress
efficiently
• Support the legal team in delivering exceptional client service and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients
Who We’re Looking For
• Paralegals and junior lawyers with a genuine interest in personal injury law
• Previous exposure to CTP, personal injury, insurance, or litigation matters will be highly regarded
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, positive, and client-focused attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence learning legal practice management systems
