Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for restoring damaged properties to their original condition. The Restoration Technician will work closely with clients, insurance adjusters, and other professionals to ensure that all restoration work is completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect damaged properties and assess the extent of the damage
• Develop a restoration plan and provide estimates for the cost of repairs
• Perform restoration work, including water extraction, drying, cleaning, and rebuilding
• Coordinate with other professionals, such as electricians and plumbers, to ensure that all work is completed to code
• Communicate with clients and insurance adjusters to provide updates on the progress of the restoration work
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used
• Ensure that all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in restoration or related field preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in restoration or related field
• Strong knowledge of restoration techniques and equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
