Working alongside one another and reporting to the Commercial Director, these roles bring an incredible opportunity for experienced retail leaders to drive performance, inspire teams and help shape the continued growth of our NSW region.
The Opportunity
As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial performance, operational excellence and people leadership across your region.
You will:
- Drive sales, P&L and profitability across your portfolio.
- Lead, coach and develop high-performing boutique teams.
- Develop and execute regional business plans to deliver growth.
- Champion exceptional customer experience and retail standards.
- Analyse performance and turn insights into action.
- Partner with People & Culture, Training, Marketing and Support Office to deliver key initiatives.
- Support boutique openings, refurbishments and other strategic projects.
- Build a culture of accountability, development and recognition.
About You
You are an experienced multi-site retail leader who combines strong commercial acumen with a genuine passion for people.
You’ll bring:
- 3+ years’ multi-site retail management experience.
- Proven experience managing sales, budgets and P&L performance.
- A strong track record of building and developing successful teams.
- Experience across recruitment, performance management, succession planning and WHS.
- Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.
- A coaching-led leadership style and confidence giving and receiving constructive feedback.
