What will you do?

You’ll design, build and extend robust solutions across the Salesforce platform to meet business objectives. You’ll develop custom functionality using Apex and Lightning Web Components, deliver integrations between Salesforce and surrounding systems, and get hands-on with next-generation capabilities including Agentforce, Data Cloud and Einstein/AI features. You’ll also apply modern, AI-assisted development practices – including AI-powered CLI tooling and MCP integrations – to accelerate delivery while upholding quality, security and platform standards.

  • Design, develop, test and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC and declarative automation (Flows)
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events and middleware
  • Model, ingest and activate data within Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Apply AI-assisted development workflows using AI-powered CLIs and MCP servers to accelerate build, testing and documentation
  • Perform code review, unit testing and QA to ensure secure, maintainable, performant code
  • Manage source-driven development, version control and CI/CD deployment across sandboxes and production
  • Translate requirements from Business Analysts and stakeholders into technical designs and solution documentation

Who are you & what will you bring?

You’re a hands-on Salesforce Developer who’s just as comfortable deep in Apex as you are exploring how AI tooling can accelerate your build. You bring strong technical fundamentals, sound judgement on when to code vs. configure, and genuine curiosity about where the platform is heading.

  • Strong proficiency in Apex — classes, triggers, and asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Scheduled, Future)

  • Strong command of SOQL and SOSL, and deep understanding of the Salesforce data and sharing/security model
  • Declarative automation with Flows and a sound judgement of when to code vs. configure

  • Version control with Git and experience with CI/CD tooling (DevOps Center, Gearset, Copado or equivalent)
  • Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials and external services
  • Solid understanding of governor limits, bulkification and performance optimisation
