LifeFul is seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to lead our HR, recruitment and compliance functions during an exciting period of national growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a hands-on generalist role where you’ll play a key part in attracting great people, supporting leaders, strengthening workplace culture and ensuring our HR systems and practices remain compliant and audit ready.

This is a Part Time role working 30 hours a day across 4-5 days. We are prioritising candidates who have a background within the NDIS Sector
About the Role
You’ll lead the full employee lifecycle, including:
- End-to-end recruitment and workforce planning
- Employee relations, performance management and HR advice
- Employment Hero administration and HR compliance
- Workforce compliance, audits and continuous improvement
- Workers’ compensation and return-to-work coordination
- Supporting leaders to build a positive, accountable workplace culture
About You
You’ll bring:
- Experience in a generalist HR or People & Culture role
- Strong recruitment experience within a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Fair Work legislation and employment practices
- Experience using Employment Hero or a similar HRIS
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within disability, health, aged care or another regulated sector (highly regarded)

Salary
$120,000 package (inclusive of superannuation) FTE and will be pro rata to hours worked.
Location
Hybrid role based working 2 days a week in our office in Swansea.(Newcastle) with occasional travel to other states within Australia to support our national operations.
