Summary:
We are seeking a part time receptionist (2 days per week) at our Kingscliff office. The position is required to provide a high level of customer service and support to Lifebridge staff. The hours of work are 8am to 4 pm.
Key duties:
- Provide professional customer service and support to internal and external customers.
- Perform reception functions in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the resolution of internal and external customer related enquiries and issues.
- Record details, update systems and escalate issues to departmental managers where necessary.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution (mailouts) of customer communications, invoices and statements.
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of the Customer Management System (VisiCase) to ensure integrity of the system and customer information.
- Maintain the Contractor Register ensuring currency of all mandatory requirements.
- Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Kingscliff facilities including the preparation and distribution of PPE, mail sorting and distribution, and the management of petty cash.
- Assist in additional projects and tasks as required.
Key Selection Criteria:
