Summary:

We are seeking a part time receptionist (2 days per week) at our Kingscliff office. The position is required to provide a high level of customer service and support to Lifebridge staff. The hours of work are 8am to 4 pm.

Key duties:

  • Provide professional customer service and support to internal and external customers.
  • Perform reception functions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the resolution of internal and external customer related enquiries and issues.
  • Record details, update systems and escalate issues to departmental managers where necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution (mailouts) of customer communications, invoices and statements.
  • Assist in the maintenance and updating of the Customer Management System (VisiCase) to ensure integrity of the system and customer information.
  • Maintain the Contractor Register ensuring currency of all mandatory requirements.
  • Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Kingscliff facilities including the preparation and distribution of PPE, mail sorting and distribution, and the management of petty cash.
  • Assist in additional projects and tasks as required.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Experience in a reception role, with proven ability in using Customer Management Systems.
  • Strong ICT skills, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Team’s and other cloud-based systems and technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Advanced customer service, with excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • High level of time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
