About the Role

As a Scheduling Support Officer, you will support clients and Life Care team members to ensure the seamless provision of services to clients through the efficient and effect scheduling of services to meet clients service needs. You play a pivotal role ensuring everyone receives an outstanding experience. You will model courtesy, reliability, and professionalism in all dealings, helping to create a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

What we are looking for

·Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service / rostering role

·Available to work Monday–Friday, 6.30am–6.00pm and rotating weekend roster

·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to engage warmly and professionally with consumers, families, and team members.

·Strong organisational skills and attention to detail – efficiently manage administrative tasks, rostering, and scheduling.

·Professionalism and reliability – consistently maintain a positive, courteous, and dependable approach.

·National Police Clearance (Aged Care / Vulnerable People)
