The Role:

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Podiatrist to join our team. Based in our Payneham clinic, this role also provides the opportunity to deliver podiatry services within the community, providing high-quality care to aged care clients, including those supported through Support at Home (SAH), Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), NDIS and private services.

You will play a vital role in assessing, treating, and supporting older adults to maintain their foot health, mobility, comfort, and overall quality of life. Whether providing podiatry services in our Payneham clinic or directly in clients’ homes, you will help clients remain active, independent, and confident in their daily lives.

This role is ideal for a Podiatrist who enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients, seeing the long-term impact of their care, and supporting older South Australians to maintain their health, mobility, and independence through proactive foot and lower limb management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive podiatry assessments to identify and address foot, ankle, and lower limb concerns
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to support mobility, comfort, and overall foot health
• Provide routine and advanced podiatry care, including skin and nail treatments, diabetic foot assessments, and preventative care
• Assess, prescribe, and provide advice regarding footwear, orthotics, and pressure-relieving strategies
• Deliver services in both the Payneham clinic and community settings, including client homes
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic and client-centred approach to care
• Educate clients, families, and carers on foot health management, falls prevention, and strategies to maintain independence
• Support rehabilitation, reablement, and healthy ageing goals, empowering clients to remain active and engaged in daily life
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with aged care quality standards, legislative requirements, and funding guidelines
• Contribute to exceptional client outcomes through proactive assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing review of care needs

About You:

• Knowledge of aged care programs (SAH, CHSP) and standards is highly desirable

Essential Qualifications and Checks:

• Bachelor of Podiatry with current AHPRA registration

• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

• National Police Clearance (Aged Care)

• 2026 Influenza (Flu) Vaccination

• Current driver’s licence

• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical
