  • Providing Compassionate, person-centered care to aged care clients
  • Supporting client wellbeing, dignity, independence and choice
  • We are seeking an experienced and passionate Enrolled Nurse to join our Clinical Care team, servicing Adelaide with a base in Unley. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting aging clients in their homes.
  • As a Enrolled Nurse, you will:
  • Provide nursing care to clients, including wound management, medication administration, catheter care, and social support.
  • Conduct welfare checks and provide Dementia care supports
  • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the Clinical Service Manager, and Registered Nurses to enhance care processes and procedures.
  • About You:
  • To succeed in this role, you will bring:
  • A current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of contemporary nursing practices.
  • Proficiency with electronic medication management and clinical documentation systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for aged care and community nursing, with demonstrated experience in similar settings desirable.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as required.
