Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage and lead a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to management.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure effective communication.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are upheld.
• Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets.
• Implement best practices in construction methods and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the building and construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Relevant certifications in construction management or safety (e.g., White Card, First Aid).
