Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Site Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the building and construction industry.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Relevant certifications in construction management or safety (e.g., White Card, First Aid).
