Some of the responsibilities you’ll be trusted to run

• Run point as Account Manager for one of the team’s largest clients – growing the relationship, not just servicing it
• Lead debt and asset recovery matters across Australian jurisdictions, including breach of contract and enforcement of guarantees and indemnities
• Build and lead a team delivering outcomes for that client base
• Shape the Disputes + Litigation practice alongside the Head of D+L, including winning new clients that fit our ideal client profile
• Mentor junior lawyers, and help set the standard for how the team works

What you’ll bring

• 10+ PQE in civil litigation
• Deep experience in debt/asset recovery litigation and insolvency (winding up, creditors’ petitions) across state and federal courts
• A track record managing large matter portfolios and senior client relationships
• Comfort operating autonomously – first-go confidence, backed by a collaborative team, not a partnership hierarchy
