We’re hiring up to 2 Disputes + Litigation Lawyers (4–6 PQE) to join our growing national team. You’ll run your own caseload end-to-end – including your own appearances – working directly with a team lead and the Head of Disputes, with the backing of a genuinely collaborative team rather than a billable-hours culture.

Some of the responsibilities you’ll be trusted to run

• Manage your own caseload end-to-end, including appearances and (with support) mediations, across one or more of: financier disputes, debt and asset recovery, motor vehicle or property insurance disputes, insolvency, or general commercial disputes
• Act for a national client base including equipment and property financiers, debt and asset recovery agents, and corporate clients
• Play an active role in client retention and acquisition alongside file work
• Support and mentor paralegals and junior team members, and help shape the team’s ways of working

What you’ll bring

• 4 – 6+ years’ PQE in litigation, with exposure to financiers, debt recovery, insurers or corporate clients
• Confidence running your own file load autonomously, including your own appearances
• A commercial, outcomes-focused approach to advice
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to build trusted client relationships
• A collaborative mindset – you’re motivated by team outcomes, not individual competition or the traditional partnership track
