Cleaners Wanted – Join a Trusted Victorian Family Business

Laurel Group is a well-established, family-owned company specialising in Cleaning and Property Services. Founded in 1969, we’re highly regarded across the cleaning industry for delivering reliable, high-quality, and innovative service to our clients — many of whom have been with us for decades.

Following the recent award of several new, high-profile contracts, we’re looking for experienced, customer-focused cleaners to join our growing team.

A current National Police Check (or the ability to obtain one) is required for this role.

About the Role

Working within a friendly, supportive team, our cleaners deliver a range of cleaning tasks to agreed schedules — always to a high standard, and always acting as a positive representative of Laurel Group for our clients. Depending on the site, your responsibilities may include:

• Waste collection, segregation, and disposal
• Toilet and kitchen area cleaning
• Litter collection and cleaning around building perimeters
• Responding to ad-hoc cleaning requests (spills, etc.)
• Vacuuming and hard floor cleaning
• Low and high dusting
• General office cleaning
• Full window cleaning (squeegee/blade)
• Operating heavy-duty cleaning equipment

About You

• A strong customer service orientation
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate confidently with internal and external staff
• An awareness of Occupational Health and Safety practices
• A genuine commitment to quality outcomes
• Current right to work in Australia
