We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Supervisor who is passionate about people, retail and creating a memorable guest experience. If you’re a natural leader with a flair for merchandising and a passion for customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and inspiring our retail team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.
• Creating eye-catching product displays and maintaining a beautifully presented store.
• Managing stock levels, ordering, inventory control and merchandising.
• Working closely with our venue team to create a seamless customer experience.
• Driving retail sales through product knowledge and creative promotions.
• Recruiting, training and developing team members.
• Managing rosters and supporting team performance.
• Looking for new ideas to continually improve the retail experience.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous retail management experience.
• A passion for leading and developing people.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience with stock management and merchandising.
• A proactive, hands-on approach.
• Someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative team and community-focused business.
