Description

Last Slice Group

We’re looking for a creative, energetic and slightly sports-obsessed marketer to join the Last Slice team.

Last Slice isn’t the kind of brand that takes itself too seriously — but we are serious about creating great venues, great events and giving people a reason to come back. We’re looking for someone who gets that.

You’ll work across the Last Slice venues and play a big part in shaping how our brand looks, sounds and shows up — both online and in our venues.

WHAT A WEEK AT LAST SLICE MIGHT LOOK LIKE…

No two weeks will be exactly the same, but here’s an idea of what you might find yourself working on:

Campaigns, Promotions & Big Ideas

  • Coming up with the next reason for people to visit Last Slice — whether that’s our next Pizza of the Month or Cocktail of the Month, a venue promotion, a major sporting moment, a competition or a collaboration with one of our brand and supplier partners.

Events & Activations

  • From concept to execution, you’ll be bringing our events to life. Think food challenges, live music scheduling, major sporting activations, sportsman’s nights, Halloween events – anything that provides an engaging experience for our customers while they’re in our venues.

Content & Social

  • Getting out into our venues and creating content that actually feels like Last Slice. You might be shooting a new pizza, filming a packed event, editing a Reel, designing some artwork, keeping our Stories active or jumping into the conversation with our online community.

Partnerships & Opportunities

  • Working with suppliers, brands, sponsors and other businesses to find opportunities that make sense for Last Slice — whether that’s a collaboration, promotion, event or something we haven’t thought of yet.

The Commercial Stuff

  • There’s creativity involved, but it still needs to work. You’ll keep an eye on budgets and campaign performance, understand what’s getting results and help us work out where our marketing dollars are best spent.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re probably not looking for someone who wants to spend every day sitting quietly behind a desk.

We’re looking for someone creative, organised and comfortable getting amongst it. You’ll have experience across marketing, content, hospitality, events or something similar, and you’ll be confident in creating content rather than simply briefing someone else to do it.

Most importantly, we want someone who brings ideas to the table, enjoys working with people and is just as comfortable in a busy venue as they are behind a screen.

You’ll also need a current driver’s licence and the ability to travel between our venues when required. This isn’t necessarily a Monday-to-Friday, 9-to-5 marketing role. Hospitality happens at night and on weekends, and sometimes the best content and biggest events will too.

Bonus points if you love sport.

You don’t need to know why Michael Jordan is the GOAT or who’s batting at number six for Australia — but we’re a sports bar group, so genuinely enjoying sport and understanding what gets fans excited will definitely help.

WHY LAST SLICE?

We’re growing, and this role gives you a genuine opportunity to influence how the Last Slice brand develops.

You won’t be joining a huge marketing department where you’re responsible for one tiny piece of the puzzle. You’ll get exposure to the whole thing — campaigns, content, events, digital, partnerships and what’s happening inside the venues.

We’re looking for someone who wants to put their own stamp on the role and have some fun doing it.

If you’re creative, love hospitality, enjoy sport, and think marketing should be fun, we’d love to hear from you!

Please attach your resume, cover letter and portfolio. Salary is negotiable based on experience, and all experience levels are welcome to apply!
