Koorong is Australia’s leading Christian retailer with 14 stores Australia-wide and a thriving online business.This role will support Koorong stores and staff in marketing and promoting Koorong products to customers for the furthering of God’s kingdom.

Part-Time Permanent Role (0.4 FTE) | Erskine Park

Summary:

The Signs and Store Development Officer plays a crucial role in enhancing the visual merchandising and overall store presentation. This position is essential for ensuring that all signage across our fleet align with brand standards and contribute to engaging our in-store customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Signage creation, physically make and/or source bespoke vinyl signs, shelf talkers, acrylics, headers, banners and other administrative signage.
  • Coordination of materials, including physically distributing in-store merchandising items to stores.
  • Digitally distribute and maintain in-store printable templates.
  • Maintain stock, source and distribute shelving and fixtures (frames, hooks, evergreen banners, price points, vinyl) for stores
  • Support the Store Development Manager in the processes of new store development, store relocations, and refresh plans as required.
  • Research and collaborte on implementing new fixtures, mediums and elements.
  • Be familiar with supplier management, print specifications and spatial visualisation.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for creativity and interest in visual merchandising
  • Good organisational skills and ability to deliver results on time
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills, including good understanding of English spelling and grammer
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, e.g., Word, Excel and Adobe
  • Ability to perform manual tasks such as physically making vinyl signs and distribution
  • A good knowledge of Cadlink Signlab (used for Vinyl cutting) is advantageous however not essential
  • Admin background is advantageous however not essential
