We’re on the lookout for our newest member to join our Mobilisation team, you’ll bring a strong willingness to learn, a collaborative mindset supporting Mobilisation activities across the resource sector with clients such as FMG, BHP, MRL, Greatland Gold, and Rio Tinto

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing end-to-end mobilisation workload
• Support roster updates and help align workforce availability with project requirements
• Maintain accurate records and assist with updating mobilisation systems and documentation
• Liaise with HR, recruitment, and site teams to support onboarding and mobilisation processes
• Help prepare reports and data summaries for internal use and team meetings
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying issues and suggesting practical solutions
• Participate in team check-ins and contribute to a positive, accountable team culture
• Provide administrative support across mobilisation and broader HR activities
• Apply best practices in mobilisation, onboarding, and workforce planning

What You’ll Bring

•  Mobilisation background with experience supporting major clients in the mining/resources sector (e.g. FMG, BHP, MRL, Greatland Gold, Rio Tinto).
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Clear, confident communication 
• High level of initiative, able to work independently and drive outcomes.
• Familiarity with Employment Hero / INX / SuccessFactors / software is highly regarded.
