We’re looking for energetic Seasonal Brick Specialists to join our LEGO® Certified Store team for our busiest and most exciting time of the year!

With the festive season approaching, we’re building our seasonal team and looking for enthusiastic people who can help us create memorable experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.

Our LEGO® Certified Stores feature incredible LEGO® models, Pick-a-Brick walls, exciting product releases and plenty of opportunities to bring the LEGO® experience to life through hands-on play and customer engagement.

Your Role:

As a Seasonal Brick Specialist, you’ll be part of the team bringing energy, fun and exceptional service to our stores throughout the busy festive trading period. You’ll help customers find the perfect LEGO® products, keep the store looking its best and create engaging experiences for LEGO® fans of all ages.

Your Purpose:

Deliver friendly, enthusiastic and memorable customer service.

Engage with customers and share your enthusiasm for LEGO® products.

Help customers find the perfect products and gifting solutions.

Create fun and engaging bricks-in-hands experiences, particularly for children and families.

Support the team during busy trading periods, including replenishment, stock movement and maintaining store presentation.

Assist with visual merchandising and in-store activations.

Work collaboratively with the wider team to create a positive, inclusive and energetic store environment.

Support online order fulfilment and other operational activities when required.

Have previous retail or customer service experience, although a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Have flexibility to work across the festive trading period, including weekends, evenings and peak trading days.
