THE ROLE

We are currently searching for an enthusiastic Full-time Operations Controller to assist the operations team in ensuring all of our services are scheduled and allocated. We are looking for someone who believes in our principles of People, Pride and Passion, always puts safety first and enjoys working in an environment that presents new challenges every day.

Based at our Enoggera depot, our Operations Controller play a key part in what makes our business tick. As part of our Service Delivery team, this role supports our driving team to ensure we deliver our service promises to TransLink, our Schools, and our valued charter, event and touring customers.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in the role you will need to:

Have a passion for people and customer service

Have experience allocating or scheduling work and assets

Be an exceptional communicator and have the ability to communication professionally via phone and radio

Have multi-tasking skills, follow all company policies and procedures

Ability to read, comprehend and understand a map and tracking technologies

Problem solve to find safe and timely solutions

Be detail orientated without losing sight of the bigger picture

Work well with people from diverse backgrounds

Provide direction to new and experienced drivers

Have great computer skills and love learning new software

Have the ability for weekend coverage as operationally required

Have a Qld Drivers Licence – it would be an advantage to hold a MR or higher class
