Description

JSIS Engineering are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Officer to join our Dynamic Team! This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administration professional with a strong accounts background to become a valued member of a busy and supportive workplace.

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of accounts and administrative duties, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile accounts payable, including the timely payment of supplier invoices.
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices and statements.
  • Assist with month-end financial activities, including account reconciliations.
  • Maintain compliance, safety and quality assurance (QA) documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support and undertake ad hoc administration tasks as required.
  • Assist with filing, record management, and maintaining accurate financial and business records.

  • A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in an accounts or finance administration role.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
