Description

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Newmont Boddington. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role, perfect for someone who knows mobile plant inside out and thrives on keeping machines and people running at their best.

Your Skills & Experience

Trade qualified (HD Fitter/Mechanical – essential)
Proven leadership in mobile plant maintenance (civil/mining)
Section 26 Statutory Supervisor (or willing to obtain)
Strong mechanical knowledge + hands-on problem solving
Confident with systems, apps & digital job tracking
Solid grasp of WHS compliance & safety-first culture
WA Driver’s License (HR desirable)
Experience with Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi earthmoving gear
Background with Kenworth & Mack trucks + ancillary equipment
Strong communicator, able to liaise with crews, clients & suppliers

The Role

Coordinate and prioritise maintenance activities
Mentor and guide your crew to deliver safely and efficiently
Manage breakdowns and keep maintenance schedules on track
Provide technical expertise to resolve complex issues
Ensure plant is safe, reliable, and ready to perform
