an experienced Wheel Repair Technician to join our premium automotive team.

strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience repairing alloy

finishes, and working efficiently within a fast-paced workshop environment

About the
role
As a Wheel Repair Technician, you’ll be
responsible for delivering high-quality wheel restoration and repair services
while maintaining the premium standards expected of South Yarra BMW and Jowett
Motor Group. Working as part of our workshop team, you’ll play a key role in
ensuring vehicles are returned to customers in exceptional condition
Key responsibilities
- Inspect,
assess, and repair alloy wheels including scratches, kerb damage, bends, and
cosmetic imperfections
- Perform
wheel refinishing, polishing, straightening, and restoration work to a high
standard
- Ensure
all repairs meet BMW quality standards and workshop expectations
- Maintain
accurate job documentation and communicate repair requirements with the
workshop team
- Work
efficiently to meet repair timelines while maintaining exceptional attention to
detail
- Follow
all workplace health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised work
area
- Collaborate
with technicians and service teams to support a seamless customer experience
About you
You’ll bring:
- Proven
experience in wheel repair, alloy wheel restoration, or a similar automotive
trade role
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Experience working with automotive finishes, repair techniques, and workshop
equipment
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a professional approach
- A passion for delivering premium results and maintaining high standards
