About the role
As our Delivery Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in the customer journey, ensuring every new vehicle delivery is organised, seamless and professionally managed from preparation through to handover.
You’ll work closely with our Sales and Management teams to make sure every vehicle is prepared, presented and delivered to the customer in a professional and exciting way.
No two days are the same. You’ll be coordinating vehicle deliveries, keeping customers updated, preparing paperwork, making sure vehicles are looking their best and helping create a delivery experience our customers will remember.

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate new vehicle deliveries from start to finish
- Keep customers updated and excited throughout the delivery process
- Prepare vehicles so they are presented to customers at their very best
- Complete and coordinate delivery paperwork and documentation
- Arrange vehicle registration, plates and other delivery requirements
- Work closely with Sales, Stock Control, Service and Management to ensure deliveries run smoothly
- Welcome customers and provide a warm, professional experience
- Assist customers with basic vehicle handover information and features
- Keep the showroom and delivery areas organised and presentable
- Help capture the excitement of new vehicle deliveries, including photos and customer moments
- Assist the wider dealership team on an ad hoc basis
- Follow dealership processes and compliance requirements
About you
You might be coming from retail, hospitality, administration, customer service, events or another people-focused environment — or you may simply be looking to put your foot in the door within a group who will support your long-term career aspirations.
