About the Role
As a Senior Case Management Officer, you’ll deliver high-quality, strengths-based case management to a diverse caseload. You’ll work closely with job seekers to set and achieve personal and employment goals, using culturally appropriate and person-centred approaches. Your work will focus on empowering individuals to overcome barriers to employment and connecting them with internal programs and community supports that foster success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective, strengths-based case management and employment support.
- Maintain regular engagement with clients using culturally sensitive, individualised approaches.
- Connect clients to resources, training, and support services that promote job readiness.
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
- Accurately document client interactions and maintain comprehensive case notes.
Essential Experience:
- Experience supporting clients with complex needs (e.g. disability, substance use, homelessness, domestic violence, or mental health challenges).
- Proven ability to engage and work respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and organisations.
- Understanding of the social and economic challenges in rural and remote communities.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver creative, flexible case management solutions for disadvantaged job seekers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using databases and maintaining accurate case notes.
- Certificate IV in Employment Services (or willingness to obtain)
What You’ll Need

- WA Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
