Jem Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with occupational health experience to lead our East Coast (SA, VIC, NSW, QLD, TAS, ACT) Results team.

This is a unique leadership opportunity for a clinically experienced RN who understands occupational health, quality assurance and medical results management, and is passionate about developing people and delivering outstanding customer service.

Reporting to the East Coast Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the end-to-end results management process, ensuring occupational health assessment results are clinically accurate, quality assured and delivered within agreed service levels. You’ll also lead and mentor a dedicated team while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position, working from the Jem Health Springhill clinic. Opportunity to work from home occasionally after training period.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading the Results Management team to achieve quality, accuracy and turnaround time KPIs.
  • Managing the review, quality assurance and timely delivery of occupational health assessment results.
  • Coordinating doctor reviews, pathology and radiology follow-up, and quality control processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with clinical governance, privacy legislation and Jem Health procedures.
  • Supporting and developing team members through coaching, leading team meetings, mentoring and performance management.
  • Liaising with Medical Practitioners, Occupational Health Assessors and clients regarding complex clinical matters.
  • Monitoring operational performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Supporting broader operational initiatives across the East Coast business

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Essential).
  • Demonstrated occupational health experience (Essential).
  • Experience in medical results management, medical administration or occupational health services.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to build, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to clinical quality.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems.
  • A sound understanding of clinical governance, privacy legislation and workplace compliance.
  • Current Australian driver’s licence.
  • Full Australian working rights.
