Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Security Technician who thrives within service, installation, maintenance and project environments to join our regional team based in Dubbo, Mudgee, Orange and Bathurst.
Position Description & Role Requirements
- Able to work independently with strong self-motivation as well as collaborative environments when required.
- Conduct routine inspections, diagnose faults and leverage your technical expertise on large Alarm, Access Control, and IP CCTV systems.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritise tasks and executing defined deadlines.
- Travel across Western and Central Western NSW areas to deliver responsive Service and Project Installations.
- High level of attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance and quality assurance.
- Build trusted customer relationships and support continuous customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest security technologies and industry trends.
Experience & Certifications
- IT Networking and Electrical backgrounds – Welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of electronic security systems, including IP CCTV, Access Control and Alarm Systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues.
- Strong leadership capability and the confidence to manage small teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Current Drivers Licence, Security Industry Licence or able to obtain, Open Cabling License and White Card.
