About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Accounts and Administration Officer to join our Perth team. This is a role for someone who enjoys being at the centre of the action from supporting project managers with business-critical priorities and following up client invoices to organising social and client events, ordering stock, stationary and groceries, and helping ensure our office runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll provide high-level administrative and operational project support to the WA team, helping them stay organised, informed and focused on client management and leading the business.

This includes:

  • Liaising with clients and project teams regarding payment matters (managing invoice distribution and tracking / following up outstanding payments)
  • Executive diary management and travel coordination
  • Event planning and social club activities for the team
  • Processing receipts and expenses
  • Supporting supplier invoice processing and approvals
  • Booking employee medicals and processing police checks
  • Assisting with training and development administration
  • Supporting workplace health, safety and people initiatives
  • Office coordination and facilities support
  • Technology and IT liaison
  • Workplace facilities coordination, including staff parking and workspace management
  • Equipment, uniforms, licences and memberships
  • Vehicle, first aid kit and fire safety management
  • Stationery, kitchen and office supplies
  • Visitor and client reception
  • Managing ad hoc operational priorities including Human Resources and State manager administration support as required

You’ll be trusted with confidential information and will be known for your professionalism, attention to detail and responsiveness.

About You

You’ll be the person who notices what needs doing before being asked, who can juggle multiple priorities with a smile, and who takes equal satisfaction from solving problems and completing the everyday tasks that keep a business moving.  You’ll also take ownership of the various spaces you are responsible for whether they’re physical or virtual.

  • 2 years + experience in office administration, operations support, finance administration, or a similar multi-faceted role will be highly regarded
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential
