James Milson Village is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses to join our clinical team at Woolwich Residential Aged Care.

The role

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care to residents
• Conduct assessments and respond to changes in resident condition
• Administer medications and treatments
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support and guide care staff
• Collaborate with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team
• Promote resident wellbeing and quality of life

Casual Shifts are offered based on operational need, planned leave and surge coverage.

About you

• Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
• Experience working as a Registered Nurse in aged care, acute or sub acute settings
• Strong clinical judgement and documentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Reliable, professional and adaptable across varying shift types
• Availability across AM, PM and overnight shifts

Experience in residential aged care is highly regarded. Nurses with acute or sub acute backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
