Graduate Designer

Summary:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Graduate Designer to join our dynamic design team in Sydney CBD. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of design concepts and visual materials for various projects
• Collaborate with senior designers to create engaging graphics, layouts, and presentations
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to design discussions
• Support the team in preparing design files for print and digital production
• Conduct research on design trends and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
• Maintain and organise design assets and project documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A portfolio showcasing design work and creative projects
