THE ROLE

You will be responsible for:

• Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the Kitchens
• Cleaning of all pots and dishes from the kitchen/chefs /restaurant
• Cleaning of chinaware, glassware, silverware, kitchen hardware and other operational related items
• Responsible for the cleanliness of all food preparation areas, this includes the back of house storage areas, loading docks, fridges and freezers.
• Ensure that all hazardous chemicals and materials are stored in a secure environment.
• Collect and remove domestic waste

ABOUT YOU

The right candidate will:

• Experience Using a Commercial Dishwasher
• Knowledge of Cleaning Chemicals and their safe use
• Basic Food Preparation Skills
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hotel or similar environment 
• Excellent organisational & time management skills
• High standards of presentation and grooming

THE ROSTER

The role requires someone to weekday shifts

• We are currently looking for someone who is available 4-5 days per week from 5PM to midnight.
